Do you have compassion for those struggling with substance use disorders? Wellspring’s Women with Children Residential Program is seeking a candidate to fill a full time counselor position. This is a unique opportunity for an experienced professional who is passionate about making a difference. In this role your responsibilities would include provision of comprehensive assessments as well as providing trauma-informed individual therapy and group counseling.
We are looking for an individual with solid ethical boundaries who is eager to learn and apply both well-established and new, innovative treatment approaches. This is an opportunity for individuals interested in providing direct services and working alongside a team of talented counselors.
As a state licensed agency only certified candidates will be considered. Qualifying credentials are, at a minimum: LADC or CADC with experience. Licensed mental health professionals with substance abuse experience are also encouraged to apply.
Regular hours are Monday – Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. . Competitive salary with full-time benefit package.
